Chandra Villanueva, the author of the Women’s Prison Association (WPA) talks about a new report on prison nursery programs and Tina Reynolds, founder of Women on the Rise Telling HerStory (WORTH), who spoke about her thoughts on the report and her personal experience with having a child while incarcerated.
